Shipping and handling, as well as sales tax, as applicable, will be calculated upon checkout. Please call us for shipping and handling rates for very large items or to international addresses.

Shipping
Domestic:

We ship via USPS and FedEx.  Please note that some items, due to size or weight, are not shippable via FedEx and must be shipped by truck.  This incurs an additional shipping and handling charge.  If you wish to verify the shipping method required for your order, please email or call us at 530-221-6063 or Toll Free (877) 223-8906

International: 

We ship via USPS.  Additional Shipping and Handling will be charged as appropriate.  Your order will be held until shipping and handling is calculated.  We will email you with the additional shipping and handling charge amount.

If you pay for your order using a credit card, we will obtain authorization from you to charge you for the additional shipping and handling amount and your order will then be shipped.

 

Once your shipping and handling amount has been received, your order will be shipped.

 

Please make sure you provide your email address. If unable to reach you via email, the additional charge will be on your receipt.

Note: Errors will be corrected where discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

We cannot ship to any of the countries listed here.

Return Policy

Our return policy is quite simple. You may return it within 10 days of delivery for credit to your card or you may choose to have us apply that amount towards another purchase.  See below for more details.

If the product you have received from WinchServiceParts.com is defective or damaged, you may return it for full credit towards another purchase or exchange it for the same item.

If the product you have received from WinchServiceParts.com is incorrect due to your ordering error (i.e. you ordered the incorrect item), or for any other reason besides damage or defect, the following applies:

​

  1. You may return the product for a refund.  You must pay shipping, and shipping costs are not refundable.  A $5 handling fee or up to 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refunded amount.

  2. You may request to exchange the item for another product.  Shipping and return costs are not refundable.  You will be charged a $5 handling fee for the exchange.

Returns will not be accepted without a return code. You must pay for shipping to return the item to us. Shipping costs are not refundable. To obtain a return code please call 530-221-6063 to explain the reason for the return and we will issue a return code at that time.  This code MUST be written on the outside of the package or we will not accept it.  Please also include your contact information and the reason for the return inside the package along with the name of the person you spoke with.

After we receive the product back in a re-sellable and unused condition we will refund your money less any shipping charges. If the product has been used we cannot accept it back and it will be returned to you at your expense.

NOTE:  Special order items are NOT returnable nor will we issue a refund.  Special order items are part numbers we typically do not keep on hand.
